Did you follow the instructions regarding turning the accessibility features
in the view menu off?
That's fixed it for a few people already.

I've now had a chance to check Skype with the latest scripts and toolkit
on my XP Pro machine. I'm having the same problem as on my 2K machine,
I.E. the "Chat history" list doesn't read anything like reliably with
the arrow keys. It usually speaks the current incoming and outgoing
message OK without my having to use the arrow keys, but as soon as I
start employing the arrow keys to review previous messages, everything
usually goes very quiet apart from the words "chat history". Thanks
Peter for telling me that you weren't having this problem on an XP
machine, which prompts me to wonder why I am. Any thoughts?
