I think it's wonderful when we get to influence small or
large companies to make changes which make things better for us.
I love to hear stories like this.
One thing that people should be aware of though.
Back-up programs come in two different camps.
One is designed to make a back-up of the entire disk so you can
recover from a system crash or image a new hard-drive, etc.
These are programs llike drive image, acronus, ghost, image for windows, etc.
The other type, which this second copy is representative of is design
to back up important data, certain important folders, and take the
hassle of up-dating and figuring out what needs to be backed up when.
I tend to keep data on separate drives and partitions and use the
drive imaging kind of back-up since this is what's mostly likely to
happen in windows, you install a mis-behaving software package, and
things go to hell, you need to get back to a good working state.
Installing windows everytime something like this happens is a hassle.
So imaging is my best friend.

Hi Steve,
If you want a software program on your computer try:
http://www.secondcopy.com
It's called second copy and I had them make some changes to help the
software work well with speech.
It's great.
Also if you would like an online option try

Hope this helps.
