I like to set officer 2007 to the same font and spacing conventions as 2003. This is easily accomplished.
1. Open the home ribbon (ALT-H) 2. Activate the "change style" option (G) 3. Press ENTER on "Style Set" 4. DOWN ARROW to "Word 2003" and press ENTER The styles within the document will now conform to Word 2003 with spacing and font styles. If you'd like this to be your default, select the "set as default" option: 1. Open the home ribbon (ALT-H) 2. Activate the "change style" option (G) 3. DOWN ARROW "Set as default" and press ENTER All new documents will now conform to the same spacing and font conventions as the default of Microsoft Word 2003. ----- CathyAnne Murtha Online Access Technology Trainer All ATI training materials are now significantly reduced in price.
