This is a known bug. To work around it for the time being, you can
adjust the Window-Eyes tone controls to access the different Eloquence
voices.

US English Read. I don't have this problem with my SAPPI 5 voices
though, they change from one to the other normally. I have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling WE with no effect.
