This is a known bug. It happened when gw micro included the tone feature in eloquence. Try using the tone feature of window-eyes to switch voices. Hth.

I got my WE CD yesterday and installed it. My problem is very strange, which makes me worried that the Eloquence on my WE CD might be damaged or something? I can change from language to language when going to the File and Sellect Synthesizer dialogue, but I can't change to different Eloquence persons, Eloquence always goes to the default Read voice. Example, I can change from US English Read to UK English or German Read, but when I try and change from US English Read to US English Shelly or Grandpa, it doesn't work and just gives me US English Read. I can also not change from US English Read to, for example British English Jane, it just changes to US English Read. I don't have this problem with my SAPPI 5 voices though, they change from one to the other normally. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling WE with no effect.
