If you are using DECtalk Access32 it changes the wav volume and we can't do anything about this.

This has baffled me for a couple of years now, and I kind of figured it out last night. every time I'd use Winamp I'd have to go into volume control and raise the wave output from 175 to 4 hundred. Then if I use window eyes to read mail or really anything to do with wineyes the volume would drop back down to 175 in volume control's wave output. Here is the change I made and I can't figure why this worked. I had the volume for Screen, keyboard, and mouse set at 2 in wineyes control panel. So I raised the 3 volume settings up to 6, and checked the wave output in windows volume control and it changed to 330. Can anyone explain how the 3 volume settings in window eyes control panel can effect the settings in windows volume control?
