The problem that you encounter when sending large files is the
limitation implosed by your ISP. most ISP's have some kind of size
limit on attachments, usually 2 to 5 MB. So it's not about needing a
special program. Any Email program is capable of sending large files
via attachment. But whether or not they get to the recipient will be
determined by your ISP.
