Chad, it is probably your ISP that is blocking you from sending large files.
Most have size limits and some are more limiting than others. You can also
be blocked if the person meant to receive your file is limited in the file
size that they can receive. If the problem is on your end, you could sign up
for a GMail account. If they have a file size limit, it has never gotten in
my way. Still, I am blocked from time to time when I send files to clients
who are severely limited on the file size that they can receive.
