Does redrawing the screen help?

With window-eyes 7.0, and 7.01, I've seen a lot of ghost reading of text
that isn't really there, it might have been text that I read a long
while ago, in another program. sometimes I'll be in itunes, or another
application, and I'll here a message list item from outlook. Are there
issues with msaa buffers not being cleared correctly?
