Hi, Entering on a combobox and pressing alt-down arrow will open de box and arrows will work fine then. But since Window-Eyes 7.01 I have to do this trick on more comboboxes in Internet explorer 7 than in WE6.1. Someone suggested the items combobox on http://www.ebay.com In this combobox I don't have to use alt-down arrow.
Here does Window-Eyes 7.01 have more problems with IE7 than WE6.1. Sometimes I cannot go out of browsemode when on a editbox. Enter will not work and ctrl-shift-a also not.. The hotkey for browsemode on my brailledisplay is also not working in these cases. Re-installing the IE setfile will not allways work. Reloading Window- Eyes mostly helps. Browsemode will not allways load. Sometimes it will activate browse-mode after I did some presses of the tab-key. It is not allways and cannot re-produce these problems, but hope, that a next version will solve these problems. GWmicro was planning to redesign the browse-mode, so I hope, it will be better than it is performing now. While arrowing through the choices in a combo box WE does not speak the items I have to hit shift tab and then tab myself back in the combo box to find out the current selection. Was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this same problem and what can be done for it? Thanks Dave If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
