Hello Sara, make sure that IE is maximized. To check your toolbars press Alt-V, then press T to open the Toolbars. make sure the you have only checked Menu bar and lock toolbars. You can double check with your mouse keys. With num-lock off press the 7 on the numpad to go to the top left corner of the IE. then press the 2 on the num-pad to go down and to hear what is there. Something must be different on your IE installation and we will find it.
