Steve That is my understanding also. I also believe that over time for many users NLS will prove itself more and more out of step in how audio books evolve. After all, audio books are now part of the mainstream and perhaps about the only thing unique with NLS is the method of delivery, production, and how the books are coded. But then again, what can we expect from a government bureaucracy.
