This is accessed the same way the Window-Eyes manual is. Arrow to the
section you want and press enter to load that section. Now switch the
view pane with the f6 key and you will be able to read it. This is the
standard windows help file format. Once done reading that section, f6
again to toggle back to the list of topics, choose a new one and press
enter. And so on.

adobe reader? I've got a couple of ham radio related programs that
