Hello. Sometimes programs behave such that when you focus them and then try to browse their window, you get the desktop items. Sometimes maximizing the program helps, but other times you have to use the WE mouse search control-shift-f and search for some text which you will know is on the program window. This will give it better focus as your mouse will travel to those words you look for. The Realtech sound manager behaves similarly, but can be made to be better with speech with some minor hoop-jumping.
