i'm using WebRoot AntiVirus with AntiSpyware it has security and backup capabilities builtin. However, if you are not comfortable with using mouse keys it isn't for you. I truly wish for a similar ap with accessible controls from the keyboard without using mouse keys but so far, haven't found one that is of reasonable quality.
