I'm using the free version of Zone alarm and I find the free version
works better than the paid version.

i'm using WebRoot AntiVirus with AntiSpyware it has security and backup
capabilities builtin. However, if you are not comfortable with using mouse
keys it isn't for you. I truly wish for a similar ap with accessible
controls from the keyboard without using mouse keys but so far, haven't
found one that is of reasonable quality.
