Running Window-Eyes on two machines both running Windows XP pro with two different logon situations produces results that are not the same. One PC is using the Novell Netware client. Here Window-Eyes comes up rather quickly, however with it set to run in the system tray it rarely finds its way in there. Doug provided the answer to this and it is something GW Micro is not able to correct right away. It is due to the fact that the system tray is not available to WE very quickly so instead of waiting and waiting and waiting, it moves along. This is not a significant issue though. On my other PC using the Windows Log in screen, Window-Eyes takes significantly longer to kick in. The log in screen is available for quite some time. A sighted person tells me that I can type in my password although WE has not begun to speak. If I type in my password, the system logs in with no problem. If I wait a little longer, WE comes up and I can log in with no problem. Vic

In the start-up options, I have it checked to run at start-up and also for me as the current user. However, WE isn't talking at start-up and only comes up after the log-on screen. Any thoughts?
