You know, I think it would make most people feel a lot better if they just added "but we know at least 5 other users who have called with the same issue, so we are aware of it."

I have on a couple of occasions though have got the response from GW that they can't duplicate the problem. Here is my question relative to those times. First how many test bed computers does GW have in house that they try when coming up with these unable to duplicate problems. These test bed computers have to be running the latest released version of WE and not some non released version. It has also been mentioned lately that they have 30 private beta testers. So the next question is whether or not these unduplicatable problems are ever given to these beta testers to see if they can duplicate them. I know that the beta testers are probably on the users list and may see problems that come up there but in come cases such problems may not make the list but be brought to GW's attention either through Email to support or by phone.
