Hello all,

As yet I have had no response at all to my note below.

I guess that I was hoping, at the very least, that the GW staff who
monitor this list would be able to either confirm or refute the
behaviour I have noted below.

Further, if it is an accurate statement of error, then an idea of when
it might be fixed would be of help.

Thanks in advance.

Regards, John.

Subject: Outlook 2007 Set Files

Hello List and GW Micro,

I am using Windows XP Pro and Window-Eyes 7.11.

I think there may be a small omission in the set files for Outlook 2007,
within Office 2007.

The company I work for move the Exchange server we connect to from being
in the UK to one in the US over the last weekend.

There was little impact on most and just one, so far, that I have come
across.

When I went to look at my Contacts folder the structure of that had
changed. Hardly surprising as it is now hosted on a new server and
fitted in with what was on that server.

That should be no problem, Go to <View>, <current view> and <customise
current view>.

However, Window-eyes no longer follows the screen being used. That is If
I go to <define fields> I can select which kind of fields I want to use,
but that is it. Window-eyes does not follow the two other lists on that
form, which show the possible fields to use and the list of those which
have been chosen and allow the user to position them.

The Window-eyes control panel at that time shows that while MSO.000 is
the active set file, none have been associated. I did try to associate
MSO.000 with the form, but that did not help, so I reverted.

I last carried out this activity on Outlook 2003 and all worked at that
time.

Is there a new Office 2007 set file available that caters for this
please?

Thanks in advance.

Regards, John.
