My best advice for you would be to try the JK  Defragmenter I think its called 
but bare in mind with all these disk defragmentation applications - 
particularly the free offerings - you're not going to get a perfectly 
defragmented drive.

JK Defragmenter will do the best job as it can be run in "Safe Mode" before 
other applications when less files are being accessed but then comes the 
question. how do you do that when most people haven't got a hope in hell of 
accessing "Safe Mode" with their screen reading package?
