Hi, On occasion, I too find that when I open an HTML message, no text is read. While I do not know of a root cause analysis or a solution, I do find the following work around acceptable.
>From the Outlook '03 main window, I open the View Menu and go to Reading Pane and choose one of the locations. I use Right, but this works for all, and then when I run into a silent HTML message, I just F6 which takes me to the reading pane where the message is read perfectly, and then F6 again to get back to the message list. With the Navigation Bar open two F6's are required to get from the reading pane to the message list. I suppose a single shift plus F6 would also get one back to the message list. Donald E. Sometimes when I open an HTML message I can't read it. I examined the screen with the mouse cursors, and found that it said "you are now reading this message in the internet zone". I don't understand what this means, and I can't find anything in the tools options dialog pages which might change this. Can anyone suggest any solution?
