yes I can do a system restore but, I wanted to see if I could do
something to fix it before I had to do that. I do not like doing system
restores.

this probibly won't work but have you tried doing a system restore to
the point before you uninstalled w e?
or do you have a hard drive backup you made beefore you did the
uninstal?
i bet you will backup from now on.
i use casper version 6. this version lets you make a backup to a
external drive. it also will let you boot that copy from the external u
s b port if your computer bios allows for booting from the u s b port
before going to the c drive.

use the emergency removal tool on the w e c d.
use narrator and start the w e setup. then tab or is it arrow to the
custom install. you will need narrator or nvda free screen reader to
speak the custom button and the list of items you can install. arrow
to the emergency removal tool and press enter on it. there will not be
any speech without narrator. it should tell you w e has been
completely removed from your computer.
then you might have to reboot the computer i don't know then try to
reinstall w e the normal way from the w e cd.
i think the 7.0 setup disk will work too if you don't have a 7.11 cd
setup disk.

hi I try to uninstall window-eyes 7.11 and I had some problems so I
had to turn off my computer before it finished and now it is telling
me that there is still a version of window-eyes installed when I try
to reinstal it. I looked every where to see if there was and I did not
find any. does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
