OK. In your Window-eyes CD go to Advanced Options and do an emergency removal.

hi I try to uninstall window-eyes 7.11 and I had some problems so I had to
turn off my computer before it finished and now it is telling me that there is
still a version of window-eyes installed when I try to reinstal it. I looked
every where to see if there was and I did not find any. does anyone know what I
can do to fix this?
