I wasn't interested in upgrading until I got a form Email from Intuit for 50% off the deluxe ver. Tried both converting my existing '09 datafile, as well as a new setup. Not bad, once you get the hang of it. First, after starting from scratch, Window-eyes will read better if you change from Standard to Classic Menu by ALT-V for View, and down arrowing to Classic.
Two ways to update transactions: 1. On-line menu has been eliminated. 1step update is now under Tools, so Alt, S, and U for 1step update, or 2. Using WE cursor, locate and click the "update" button near the top of the screen. Finally, if you make transfers within Quicken like I do, this has changed in '10 from ALT-N to locating and clicking the Account Actions button midway down the left side of the screen, then clicking "transfer money". I definitely am planning on posting a podcast on Blindcooltech on this once I've messed with it more. So far, very interesting.
