I am having the same problem with the current version.

On my XP SP3 pro computer with WE 7.11.

QuickQuit 1.31 works like it should. The only thing that I could see is
that the new version speaks a message from the .xml file while the older
version just uses the speak command with text in quotes.

I don't know why this would have anything to do with the problem though.

For now, I recommend going back to 1.31.

Subject: Quick Quit Script Problems

Hi. I'm having a problem with the Quick Quit script for shutting down
WE. When I quit using the hotkey, I get the message shutting down
Window-Eyes or whatever it says, but when it does, I still get the
dialog asking if I want to quit WE. And it doesn't speak it after it
says that it's shutting down. And when I load System Access after I
quit, it always comes up with unable to start System Access. Is there a
bug in the script?
