Hi Wendy,

There are some messages that are formatted in a way that they behave in
this manner.

To get round it you need to read the message with your browser; in my
case that is IE.

To do this then pres <alt>H x v

You will then be taken to your browser and should be able to read the
message.

Regards, John.

Subject: Reading messages in outlook 2007

Hello to the list,
When I open some messages to read using outlook 2007, I am unable to
read the message. The message will say something like row 2C or row
r2C. How can I change this so that the message will read correctly?
Thanks for any help you might have.
Wendy
