and isn't there any possibility to change the viewer back to ie instead of
word?
In older oe versions you also can change the editor for html emails from
word to others... doesn't this work anymore?
And could this solve the problem?

Normally Outlook 2007 should read text, rich-text and HTML emails without
any problems and without invoking IE. I never had to do that.

If the message is in html format, then you must open the web browser to
read
it. When the message is open, hit alt+h then x then v then give it about
ten seconds to open the message in a browser. Once you are finished
reading
it, hit alt+f4 to close the browser, then go back to the original message
and delete it.
