Those are the number of events that you have in skype which you haven't done
yet, things like unlistened to voice mails, unread chat messages, etc.
I think you can press alt-shift-s, open up the skype info window, then tab
to that area that says "last thirty day, last seven days, etc? Somewhere in
there is for all events, can't recall how they phrase it. When you get
there it's a list box, hit control end to get to the bottom of it if you
want for the latest event.
