Yes to all, as far as resuming downloads/uploads, my system crashed when
I was in the middle of a major upload and I rebooted connected to the
ftp site and forgot about it.   It resumed the upload/download without
me doing anything.

Not sure of the current price for webdrive.  I'm sure thats at
webdrive.com along with a trial of the software.

Oh, and I can use my favorite file manager xplorer2 to manipulate files.
