When I go to Amazon, I get the message that IE 8 can't display the web page. It is actually displayed, but keeps refreshing. Turning autoload off in Window-Eyes 7.2 stops the refreshes, but I can't download MP3s. I have an account set up and have their downloader installed. I find the page very confusing with a log of unnecessary information. I will gladly contact customer service but am not sure where to start. Please help. I'm sure some of the issues are Window-Eyes related and others are not. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
