Hi tom,

I do not think any of the issues are WE7.2 related. Amazon has a poorly
designed, advertising overloaded, never give you what you came for easily
and try your patience incredibly considering we are giving them money web
site.

I've been an Amazon Associate for a couple years now and have downloaded a
bunch of mp3 albums successfully and I believe I can help you fumble through
to success of your own.

I am running a Windows 7 Home Premium machine, 32 bit, WE7.2 and IE 8 all
with latest updates. Having Firefox as a backup is something I find useful.

If you try contacting Amazon customer service as I have done, I hope you
don't run into the same employees from Pakistan, Indian and Guyana whose
names are Sally, Pete and Fred, and keep saying do you see the blue icon on
the left near the middle after you tell them you are blind and use a screen
reader.

Let me know when you want to get started.

Subject: Amazon

When I go to Amazon, I get the message that IE 8 can't display the web page.
It is actually displayed, but keeps refreshing. Turning autoload off in
Window-Eyes 7.2 stops the refreshes, but I can't download MP3s. I have an
account set up and have their downloader installed. I find the page very
confusing with a log of unnecessary information. I will gladly contact
customer service but am not sure where to start. Please help. I'm sure some
of the issues are Window-Eyes related and others are not.
