Aloha, Recently, I was having a similar problems with Firefox and a different problem with thunderbird, and I fixed both problems by uninstalling window eyes, then wiping free space with c cleaner, then reinstalling window eyes. Don't forget to copy your default folder by searching for %appdata% please not the percent before and after appdata!
then entering on roaming entering on gwmicro entering on window eyes entering on user then copy default and put it in a safe place. prefferably, in several places, such as in the cloud, pendrive, or cd.
