Hello Folks, I have noticed that if I put the computer in stand-by, then bring it back up, it corrects itself. By the way, I am still having trouble with the edit boxes in IE 8. It was solved for a while, but it has returned. I suspect that there are some issues with the IE patch mentioned elsewhere. I am using XP. -----Original Message----- From: Chip Orange [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, November 24, 2010 2:51 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: windoweyes going silent when opening internet explorer I see this once in a while as well, and assumed it had started with the application of some IE patch, since it wasn't like this when IE 8 first came out. I hit alt-f4 to close the window, restart the shortcut or IE again, and it works usually the second time. hth, Chip -----Original Message----- From: Dr. Andre Watson [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, November 24, 2010 12:40 PM To: [email protected] Subject: windoweyes going silent when opening internet explorer Hi all, I'm running Windows 7, internet explorer 8, and Windoweyes 7.2.
