No, right on the support page for the application, it says that text to
speech is always available because this requires the use of assistive
tech to work, or some such.  So any Kindle book ought to read, but of
course, my bet is that things like tables are going to be a problem,
like they are most places unless somebody takes special pains to deal
with them. For instance, I find that with accessible IBooks,  charts
and figures are just images, so they don't read at all.  That may not
be true for all of them, just the ones I've happened to come across.
