FS was doing that with the Pacmate, but for the most part, it got to be
that we were often paying for nothing. As far as I know, the SMA's for
JAWS are handled by number of releases, and not by a time factor.

            I don't agree with the yearly license fee because there
would be 
a tendency to do a release just to get revenue.  Things are good the way
