I use it with WE as well and have had no trouble with it. It launches
automatically when I buy an album or track and tells me my progress. I was
able to use the Preferences section to tell it where to put my purchases.
Once the download is done, I open the little menu and exit the program.

I have used the service in the past with Firefox. The download manager
occasionally requires use of the mouse keys but is fully usable with
Window-Eyes.
