I'm having trouble with the MicroSoft player so right now mine isn't 
working right.  But that's not the program, it's on my end.

  I use it with WE as well and have had no trouble with it. It launches 
  automatically when I buy an album or track and tells me my progress. I was 
  able to use the Preferences section to tell it where to put my purchases. 
  Once the download is done, I open the little menu and exit the program.
