I have tried installing the upgrade 3 times. Each time I get an error almost immediately after telling the installer to run. The error seems to think that there has been a previous setup that has not completed. The only choice given is to hit the "OK" to exit the installer.
I am running WE 7.2 onn an ASUS netbook with 2GB RAM, Windows XP Home service pack 3. Any suggestions would be helpful. Otherwise, I'll talk to the GW experts monday morning. Any idea if it would help to uninstall 7.2 and reinstall it? If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
