David: don't uninstall your Window-Eyes, as the upgrade needs to source an actual working install so that it can run.

Each time I get an error almost immediately after telling the installer to run. The error seems to think that there has been a previous setup that has not completed. The only choice given is to hit the "OK" to exit the installer. I am running WE 7.2 onn an ASUS netbook with 2GB RAM, Windows XP Home service pack 3. Any suggestions would be helpful.
