I find the choice of word to modify peculiar. Verizon has never been mispronounced at my computer, at least not by Eloquence. Another point: My exception dictionary only has 16 exceptions in it to track, and most are acronyms. Over the years I've found that the more words you insist on stuffing in there, the more likely additional mispronounced words will suddenly appear. In fact, after a while, they seem to multiply! Pick your frustrations carefully.
