Because the discussion I was having with the one person had bearing
on the general discussion and might inform anyone else on the list
that is interested in the topic. Technically, the discussion isn't
actually off topic since it has bearing on using Window Eyes with a
particular site or application. I put the off topic tag on it because
I knew there was limited interest in the site and service so that
people who had no interest in such a service could hit delete, and
because I doubted that there was anything that could be done on the
GW Micro or app developer side of the equation to deal with the
issue. If you aren't interested, hit delete. Next time I won't bother
with the courtesy subject tag on an item of limited interest unless
the topic is actually completely off topic and has no bearing on
Window Eyes or its use and effectiveness with a particular site or
application. I also note that you did not bother to remove the CC to
the list, I also did not, because my response has bearing on the
reasons I did not take the previous response private. I try to remain
on topic and to keep chatter to a minimum. It was my mistake to tag
the topic as off topic instead of allowing those reading to make up
their minds as to whether or not they were interested in reading the
discussion.

Chris
