I have it plugged in but, Window eyes is not seeing it so, if someone knows how to do this, this would be greatly appreciated.

At this point you can either hit alt y to get into the synthesizer menu or arrow down to it. I have a DecTalk Express and I have a USB to serial converter. Everything is hooked up to the computer. How do I get the Express to start speaking and is there a way to switch synthesizer's on the fly once you have the synthesizer's you want to have installed on the computer?
