Subject: IE8 and developer's kit

Hi folks, when I open up internet explorer, my home page is set to,
http://labs.google.com/accessible/
This is using Window eyes 7.5 and Windows xp home.
I know Steve told me to close Window eyes and then open Internet explorer and then press f12. That turns off the developers kit. Then he said to reload Window Eyes. I am not sure what is going on but, I have to use another screen reader to clear the history and then reload window eyes and everything works. Or, I shut down Window eyes, then open IE8, press alt-t for the tools, go in to clean the history, then reload Window eyes and everything works. There has to be something that permenately turns this off! This is getting annoying! I don't know what else to try. I even found that with the regular Google site this happens to. If anyone wants to help me through a remote session, I would greatly appreciate it.
