Hi guys, Thanks for the input. Browse mode is off and if I try to turn it on while repling to a message it says browse mode not available. Also there are no pop ups on the screen. I can read with the arrow keys but it in sparitic at best. If I try to use the ctrl right/left arrows it will move the cursom but most of the time WE will speak the same word 2 or 3 times even though the cursor moved back or forward. Also when using the up or down arrow keys We may read the first line ok but then the nex 1 to 3 times it wont read nothing and then it will read whatever line the cursor has moved to on the 2nd or 3rd down arrow, but will never read the lines in between. I’ve made sure all apps are up to date. and I’m going to try turning of some one at a time to see if any one of them makes a difference. It is strange although because I can load Jaws or NVDA and there’s no problem. So, logic dictates that it is a WE problem. Thanks again Tony C
