What happens is questionable.
After I agree, Windows gives me the program compatability warning; I
click, "this program installed correctly" being optimistic.
Then, I find Anna is still the only voice Windows has.
Even after a reboot.
So, seems nothing has changed.

However, I cannot install the extra ms voices on the GW install
disk under advanced options.
I can select them, and click install.
AAfter that, the CD spins for a bit then nothing.
In fact, the window becomes unresponsive.
Nothing gets installed but no error is generated.
In fact, the window often is completely unreadable by WE.
Or, it dumps me back to the same screen from which I can choose to
try it over again.
I have other win7 machines on which I installed WE 7.2 where
the extra voices installed fine and indeed still work after WE was upgraded.
So, what is going on here?
I have two new machines and both of them simply refuse to allow
the sapi voices to be installed?
And, Anna works fine, such as it is.
