Because almost everytime something comes out that might help blind people, it costs much more than people can aford. And also probably the same for deaf people or people in a wheelchair. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would think that the better the price the more a business would sell. I don't shop there much but isn't that why people shop at walmart or other discount stores. And I don't mean they should become one. That's just an example.
