No add ons at all but using 32 home premium. When the ap is not running
WE repeats the subject once along with the other info.
You have nothing spoken when you open an email? Is it in a new window
or tab?

If no fix please fix this in an update. When I try to silence it
with my down arrow we goes crazy with dinging and being very quiet.
