Well, it's something of a long subject.

I'm assuming you mean tables on a web page?

Check out the manual; go to the Window-Eyes features topic; then the
"working with the internet" topic, then "moving through web page elements",
and finally you'll find the choice for "tables".

It's a very nice way of getting you to be able to navigate around tables,
once you learn the keystrokes.
