Try contacting Cybernet. You can call 1-888-834-4577. That's where I got my "Zero Footprint" PC. They will tell you exactly what you can get with their models, and you can more or less assemble exactly the system you want, and no crapware. They would even pre-install your screen reader, if you want, but GW Micro does not allow them to do that with Win-Eyes; you will need to do that yourself. Anyway, that's where I got my Zero Footprint PC.
