Hello all, Here are the steps to attempt to reproduce the Outlook enhance possible bug. It should be noted that I have several E-mail accounts and two of them will be involved in these reports. 1.Go into a message which has already been sent to you. In my case, this involves a Gmail account that I have for a specific purpose. 2. Shift tab to erase and change the subject line after replying to all. 3. Tab to the body of the message and then type the message you want to send. 4. Insert your signature. At this point you can either delete the old message before inserting the signature or leave it hoping you can do it after inserting. Either way will produce the problem. 5. After inserting the signature, shift tab to the subject line and attempt to tab back to the body of the message. You very likely won't have speech. 6. A reboot with loss of the message is necessary.
As the above message was an HTML message, my husband had to go in and change the format of the message in order to send it out after I had tried to send it at least 3 or 4 times all with a necessary reboot. The second incident happened tonight with a straight forward out of my main account, the one on which I am subscribed to this list on. The steps for re-creation of this one are as follows: 1. Hit ctrl-F to forward the message. 2. Type the recipient's address. 3. Tab to the body of the message and type what you want to say. 4. Insert your signature. 5. Try shift tabbing and tabbing back to the body of the message. You very likely won't have speech at this point. Once again the only solution is a reboot with loss of the message you created. I hope this is helpful in trying to reproduce the problem. I solved tonight's problem by turning off the aps. The message went out without a problem after aps were shut off.
